The prices quoted are per person and day excluding local tax. This amounts to 2.10 euros/day from the age of 14.

For single occupancy of a double room, we charge a surcharge of 30% on the current daily rate.

For a definitive booking, we ask that you transfer a deposit of 100.00 euro per person to the following bank details.

We ask for your understanding that room cancellations are only accepted in writing.

In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained
Cancellation 15 to 8 days before planned arrival: 50 % of the total amount
Cancellation from 7 days before planned arrival: 90 % of the total price

In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 90 % of the total price will be charged, regardless of whether we were able to rent the room for the entire or part of the period.

Unfortunately, things sometimes turn out differently than you think. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to be on the safe side. This can be completed directly when making the reservation.

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.
Should you arrive after 6:00 p.m., we ask that you briefly notify us by telephone.
